Since its foundation in 2009, it has evolved into an outstanding company in the German construction industry. Under the expert leadership of Skender Hyseni, the founder and CEO of both Enerhys LLC and Unternehmensgruppe Wohnbau München, a wide range of main areas of responsibility has been developed. Building construction, civil and special civil engineering, as well as landscaping, interconnect, allowing for customized solutions.

Commitment and quality have enabled the Unternehmensgruppe Wohnbau München to gain the long-term trust of its customers and secure significant multimillion-euro construction contracts. Special attention is always given to environmentally friendly and future-oriented aspects to drive sustainable developments. Currently, we can proudly contribute to the major project of the independent project developer SURFTOWN® GmbH with the complete execution of building construction, civil and special civil engineering - the realization of a 20,000 sqm artificial surfing facility in the heart of Munich Airport Business Park, Munich/Germany, unique in all of Europe. The entire operation of the facility is designed for carbon neutrality, relying on renewable energy sources and a sustainable water concept, aligning with the values we stand for.

Through constant engagement with these essential topics and a pursuit of energy efficiency and sustainability, it was necessary and a logical consequence to also focus on the energy sector.

Thus, we were able to establish Enerhys LLC, our pioneering company in the field of renewable energy and forward-looking energy solutions. Through the close connection between Unternehmensgruppe Wohnbau München and Enerhys LLC, we have the unique opportunity to combine our extensive experience and resources and pursue synergistic approaches.
